I am a big fan of the Ice Cream Sandwich.

Who makes the best?

Do you like the traditional? Vanilla and vanilla? Neapolation?

Considering the amount of time we have spent together over the years, I am suprised this has never come up. I'm a huge fan of the ice cream sandwich. It's tasty and wonderful in its simplicity. It's also one of the most affordable treats.

I enjoy the occasional neapoliton (always eat the chocolate end first and end with strawberry), but the traditional is the best.

BTW, Blue Bell gets the ice cream part right, but their chocolate pastry part leaves something to be desired. The cheaper brands actually have better chocolate pastry.

it's a texture thing for me. Absolutely nasty. The chocolate gets all smushy and soggy. It's just wrong. If you're going to have different textures, they need to be really different...

perhaos you should try a solid crunchy cookie with your soggy, runny ice cream.
