Saturday Night Church

For three weeks we have attended church on Saturday nights. Richland Hills is now offering a Saturday night service that includes instruments in the praise and worship. I know there is controversy amongst the churches of Christ with this new format. Many people have strong emotions and opinions regarding this type of praise.

From being there for three weeks, I see a praise team that has worked very hard to make it a great experience. I have seen them make it about people coming and connecting with God. I have felt the Spirit moving in the services we have attended. It has been a blessing for my family and for our relationship with God.

I truly hope that the focus can continue to be on praising Him. God is there on Sunday morning, God is there on Saturday night and for that I am blessed and thankful.
