The House Has Sold!
Our house in Benbrook had sold. We closed on it this week. It took 12 months to sell, and we have finally reached the end of that journey.
My parents moved in Labor Day weekend so that w could all move to Abilene together. What a blessing. They stayed until it was sold. Much longer than we all thought it would take. We are so thankful fro what they did for us.
We are down to being owners of one house and my parents have purchased a home for them.
Thanks to all of you that prayed for us during this transition and for praying for our house to sell.

It is a blessing that your home sold. The couple that bought it absolutely loved it. Their excitement was a joy for us to watch. Yes, it was discouraging at times keeping a house on the market but all we needed to do was remind ourselves that you all were together in Abilene....that was what was important to us!
We love you, and are looking forward to your first visit to our new home!

Congratulations on selling your house! I know this is a relief. We are supposed to close on the selling of our house this next week, and I think I will take a very deep breath once it actually happens!!!

Ahhhh, I am so happy for you guys! 12 months is a long time...we can totally relate! We are suppose to close 08/08 after 12 months of being on the market as well!
