Alabama

I am off to Alabama today to visit a school that we have been working with over the past year. We adopted their reading curriculum and I am taking three teachers out to spend some time there tomorrow. This comes at a crazy time to leave town but it is a must for next year's preparations.

Please pray for my family while I am away. I do not like being away from them.

I just finished NEVER EAT ALONE. It was an interesting book about making connections with people and learning to have and use a healthy network. It taught me to focus energy on helping others and help for me will come in return (sounds like a good Christina principle to me). Give it a read.
